Our Staff

We want you to get to know our staff. Staff is the most important part of your child's experience at any learning centre or day care. Our mix of experienced and younger staff bring together knowledge, wisdom, and experience with innovative thinking and modern early learning theory that provides your child the head start they deserve.

At Victoria Learning Centre our warm and caring staff are trained and experienced to provide your child with the best quality of care and learning experience. Our staff are experienced to assist your child in the delicate transition from home to centre based care and helping alleviate separation anxiety.

Our Supervisor and staff are all Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs), trained in First aid, CPR and administering specialty medications to ensure your child’s health and safety.

With our Emergent Curriculum, our staff are planning exciting activities according to their interests. Our staff are trained to use different rating tools such as ITERS and ECERS to make any improvements in our class
